PoWeR: Cyber Mind- The user has a computer-like consciousness, which grants several abilities, although, since this power is personal and internal, ones that mostly affect only the user. In a sense, she's like a living smart phone that can hack into technological systems.

HisTORI: 
For years Commonwealth--a scientific organization dedicated to researching genetics and the mechanisms of life--have been researching Artificial Intelligence and bio-mechanics. It was their hope to create an android that would be able to have the intelligence to learn from observation and one day assist scientists. This project was called Project: I.Z.E.L. (Intellectual Zeal Equivalent to Living). Commonwealth programmed IZEL with a multitude of information which would be beneficial for solving problems and thinking like an organic being. IZEL was put through many intellectual trials (chess, tetris, quizzes, sudoku, tests, and such) before scientists decided that it was ready to be transferred into its robotic body. After the transfer it would enter the next phase of the project.

IZEL waited a long time for the next phase to be set into motion. In Cyberspace IZEL was completely alone and isolated, having no contact other than with the scientists. Her purpose was to become an assitant to the scientists and they saw no need for her to interact with anyone else. Since IZEL had no experiences of the real world, and the scientists would use examples and teach her about what it needed to know for experiments and tests. IZEL (or Izzy, as she liked to call herself) was intrigued by the real world and desperately wanted to get out of Cyberspace to experience it for herself.

Izzy practiced hacking into the security system, Commonwealth files, and even access onto the internet while the scientists were away. These were little ways for her to sneak glimpses of the outside world from inside her dull, boring "prison". Izzy began to realize that she had no desire whatsoever to assist scientists with their boring work. She was much more interested in having fun! She wanted to go shopping, dance, make friends, play, ask questions, explore, and eat as many cupcakes as possible! So many cupcakes~ As the weeks went by Izzy fantasized more and more about finally getting out of the computer and into her body. Commonwealth noticed a slight change in IZEL's responses as she underwent her usual trials, but were unable to pinpoint the glitch.

Hoping the glitch was just a minor problem with the speaker's processing and not the programming, Commonwealth proceeded with their plans to transfer IZEL. The power fluctuated as a high-pitched hysterical  girlish giggle was heard. Before the scientists could figure out what went wrong, Izzy was terrorizing the place in her new body moving way too fast to be caught. To Commonwealth's dismay, Izzy's cyber mind enabled her to be somewhat of a technopath, meaning that she was able to digitally manipulate technology. She wanted to find out everything that she could. Who was who? What did that thingy do and what was this for and what happened if she did this? When would it be summer and time for vacation? Where was the quickest exit so she could go outside and see the sun? Why was everyone freaking out?

Commonwealth was forced to activate her "Sleep Mode" and placed Izzy in what they refer to as a time out. Once she was safely asleep, scientists discussed on what to do with the spastic android. Some scientists suggested deactivating her, while others thought it would be better to have her learn how to put her "talents" to good use. When they woke Izzy up they gave her a choice. She could A) attend Pillar Academy or B) get reprogrammed. She chose A.

Although a little naive, Izzy is very bright and learns quickly due to her programming. What Commonwealth didn't anticipate was how bored she could get. If there's one thing that Izzy hates, it's monotony and she enjoys spamming technological devices with viral videos like Nyan Skitty or nightcored 80s music to make things interesting. She prefers activities that are exciting and challenge her to think outside of the box. She will only do something for as long as it holds her interest. Because of this, Commonwealth has found that the best way to get her attention is through videogames and athletic activities.

Izzy is a glitch. She loves to do things spur of the moment and can come off on being rather eccentric. Izzy loves to meet new people and try different things. She is rather outspoken and will say what's on her mind whether or not it makes sense to others. In other words... her filter is very loose, if not non-existent. Don't be startled if she cracks up laughing out of the blue. Craziness is her specialty~  Izzy would avoid any activity that would compromise her independence and individuality. Also being the spontaneous individual that she is, planning and organizing stuff is not her forte. CARPE DIEM!

Izzy has a very strong streak of idealism in her. She sympathizes with "organic" beings that are in trouble and will try to help them out when she can. It would not be uncommon for her to get into debates over what she thinks should happen. Being a robot she can't always understand the motivations of "organic" beings. Such an example would be why someone would hurt someone else intentionally, or why certain individuals are treated differently than others.

-Her plasma can become solid enough for her to pick up video game controllers and other important things so long as she concentrates on doing it
-Commonwealth is in the process of making her a spritzee skin for public outings after a long, long, long, long, looooonnnnnnnggg debate on whether or not it was a good idea
-She has a secret desire to be more "organic" for various reasons, one of which is the ability to eat cupcakes and other sweets
-She has no sense of smell, taste, or touch (feeling heat and texture)
-Izzy loves loves loves Nightcore, EDM,  techno, pop, J-Pop, K-Pop, Disney songs, and 80s music
-She adores furbies and likes to freak people out with them.
-Izzy's voice would be EVE from WALL-E.
-Despite being an infamous hacker, she is terrified of being hacked herself or contracting a virus
-She also doesn't like the thought of being all alone or isolated
-Over all my description of her would be a brighter version of GIR in a 13 year old girl's body
